So today I had an inspection booked for my clients on a ’special property’. Unfortunately, this bi-level in St.Albert was victim of bad tenants…really bad tenants who left all their garbage behind, played target practice with the walls, and not too forget the turkey sandwich in the furnace room. The term ‘handyman special’ may have been an understatement. I found this place, wrote an offer on it the very first day it hit the market and during the home inspection decided to do this post about flipping houses, the opportunity with distressed properties and to show the mess that was left behind.
